Passage 7

Tap any word for its meaning.

In plain words

For the people of Bhārat religion is a divine experience

There is one more thing we must keep in mind above all. For the people of Bhārat religion means ‘experience’, and nothing short of it. Our belief is that nothing is attained except by one's own effort. God's grace too must come to the aid of one's own effort. Religious ideas must be made one's own experience. It is not enough to learn to repeat religious ideas like parrots.
