“I have come with one lesson ready. My duty is only to deliver it. I shall do my job and go”: thinking like this has become the habit of today's teachers. Teachers must seek out the way: whether the children have understood properly or not, whether they have grasped it or not, and in what way each matter should be taught to reach the children's hearts. Whatever behaviour we expect of the children, that behaviour we must show in our own ‘conduct’. If one teaches with Prema, Bhakti for the guru also grows in them. Above all, one must grow a heart that teaches the children seeking their all-round growth. One must not waste one's life in constant selfishness.
