In plain words

Because one has wealth one may be reckoned among the great, but on earth, Mukti does not come by that; because one has strength one may strut proudly, but on earth, Mukti does not come by that; as a scholar one may win great titles, but on earth, Mukti does not come by that. Mukti comes by earning Bhakti; unless one becomes a devotee of Rāma, Mukti does not come; the rest, in truth, do not last; where there is Bhakti alone, your Sāi grants everything.
