In plain words

Face powder has made its appearance; deceived, the turmeric is gone; what an age has come, O people, what an age has come! The necklaces of gold coins are all gone; by deceit the chains have come; what an age has come, O people, what an age has come! A love has arisen in me for that deer; Lord of my life, I beseech You; fulfil, I say, the longing of my heart: Rāmacandra, bring it to me; in the leaf hut my brother-in-law has built I shall pass the days with it.
