In plain words

Through rapture in the Ānanda of the sweetness of Bhakti, the ghosts of worldly bondage run away; the moment the ghosts of worldly bondage let go, the longing for Mokṣa puts forth shoots; as soon as the longing for Mokṣa sprouts, the dawn of Jñāna is attained along with it; as soon as the dawn of Jñāna is attained, the state of knowing oneself is gained. When the world vanishes away, of Him whom the Vedas praise the form of eternal auspiciousness remains, does it not? What else, beyond this, shall I make known, O members of this assembly, esteemed for goodness and noble qualities!
