The Earth said: you know all of it yourself, that about which you ask me, Dharma; you who go on the four feet that bring happiness to the world. Truth, purity, pity, patience, giving up, contentment, straightness; calm, restraint, austerity, evenness, forbearance, ceasing, learning; knowledge, dispassion, lordship, courage, splendour, strength, remembrance; independence, skill, loveliness, steadiness, and gentleness besides; boldness, humility, character, endurance, force, strength, good fortune; depth, firmness, faith in what is, fame, honour, and freedom from I-making. These and other great qualities, revered one, are eternal in him, and are sought after by those who wish for greatness; they never go from him at any time.
