Hold your mind here· Verses 37–39

37The brahmin is the mouth of the great one, the kshatriya his arms, the vaisya his thighs, and the dark-coloured people rest at his feet. He is furnished with the whole host of gods worshipped under many names; his action is the spreading out of sacrifice, and it is made of the things offered. 38So much of the setting together of the Lord's frame have I told you. Upon this body, the grossest of all, the mind is to be held by one's own understanding, since apart from it there is nothing at all. 39He is the self, who has known everything through every movement of every mind, as one man alone sees the people of his dream. Let a man serve him, the real, the store of bliss, and cling nowhere else, for from clinging comes the fall of the self.
