32Who are you two, whose nature is so uneven, come here among people who live in the high service of the Bhagavan and share his way? Where that Person is all peace and has no quarrel in him, whom can you two cheats suspect of being like yourselves? 33Here in the Bhagavan, in whose belly everything lies, the steady see no gap, seeing the self in the self as sky is seen in sky. Then what has been raised up in you two, who wear the badge of gods, that fear should come and split open what lies in his belly? 34So for that highest master of Vaikuntha we think what is best to do here for you two of slow wit. Go from here to worse worlds, since you look with an eye that makes a difference, worlds where these three enemies of his are.
35Taking in what those sages had spoken, that dreadful rod of the brahmin which no heap of weapons turns aside, the two attendants of Hari were badly afraid, and fell at once and caught hold of their feet in great distress. 36Let the rod that you revered ones have laid on our fault stand, and let it take away every last part of our slighting of gods. Only let no confusion come to you from a touch of remorse, that would kill the remembering of the Bhagavan; as for us two, we are going down and down.
