The wind that carried the honey of the tulasi mixed with the pollen of the lotus feet of that lotus-eyed one went in through their own nostrils and shook them in mind and in body, given though they were to the imperishable. They looked up at his face, a dark lotus bud, with the jasmine of his smile on lips lovelier still, and having got their blessing they looked again at the pair of his feet, where the red gems of his nails are set, and laid them within. They praised him, the goal of men who search here by the ways of yoga, the place of meditation that is held in most honour, the delight of the eye, showing a body in the shape of a man and joined with the eight enjoyments, which are his from his very rising and are no one else's.
