Verse 15

¹²You have paid me back with nothing false in it, my son, in that you took up my word and gave it its weight, you who give honour to others. ¹³Just this much service should sons do a father: he takes the teacher's word with reverence and says, Yes, I will. ¹⁴These daughters of yours, courteous one, my child, are slender-waisted. By their own powers they will make this creation grow many times over. ¹⁵So give your own daughters away today to the foremost of the sages, each by her nature and her liking, and spread your fame across the earth.
