Bhagavan said: By one's own duty done with no motive for its motive, with a spotless self, and by intense devotion to me long nourished on what has been heard; by the knowledge in which truth has been seen, by strong detachment, by yoga joined with austerity, and by intense absorption in the self, nature, being burned here day and night for the Person, slowly disappears, as the fire-stick that is the womb of fire is itself consumed. Her enjoyments enjoyed and then abandoned, and her faults constantly seen, she brings no ill upon the lord who stands in his own greatness. For as a dream carries much harm for one who is not awake, that same dream cannot delude the one who has awakened.

So nature does no harm at any time to one who has known the truth, who joins his mind to me and takes his delight in the self.
