31Hero, that ground became the holiest of fields, known through the three worlds, and the name of it is the Place of Attainment, since it was there that she came to her full attainment. 32Her mortal part, shaken off by that yoga, became a river, gentle one, the best of streams, a giver of attainment, and the perfected ones come to it. 33And Kapila too, the Bhagavan, the great yogin, having asked his mother's leave, went out from his father's hermitage towards the north-east. 34Praised by the perfected ones and the sky-wanderers and the gandharvas, by the sages and by the crowds of apsarases, given a dwelling place by the ocean, which honoured him,
35he stays there, holding to yoga, praised by the teachers of enumeration, gathered into himself, so that all three worlds may be quieted. 36This has been told, dear one, what you asked of me, faultless one: the talk between Kapila and Devahuti, which makes a man clean. 37Whoever hears this after me, or whoever speaks it out, the teaching of the sage Kapila, the secret of the yoga of the self, with his mind fixed on the Bhagavan whose banner is the fair-winged bird, comes to the lotus feet of the Bhagavan.
