6Lord of the people, the plants that Brahma brought forth long ago I saw being eaten by bad men who kept no vows. 7They were unguarded and slighted by you who guard the worlds; and when the world had turned thief, I swallowed the plants down for the sake of the sacrifice. 8Those growing things have surely worn away inside me over so long a time. You should take them out by the way that has been shown. 9Hero, find me a calf, one that will make me tender towards you, and I will give out as milk everything that is wanted. And find a fitting vessel, 10and a milker, strong-armed one, you who make beings be, if the Bhagavan wants the food that living things want, food that is full of strength.
11And make me level, king, good come to you, so that the water the god rains down may stay with me even out of season, mighty one.
