32Praised so by the first king, he who sees everything said to him: King, let devotion to me be yours. By good fortune you have set such a mind on me, and by it a man crosses my maya, which is hard to leave. 33So do what I have told you, lord of creatures, and do not grow careless. Whoever carries out my command comes everywhere to what is good. 34So the Unfallen welcomed the weighty words of the royal sage, Vena's son; honoured by him, and having shown him his favour, he made up his mind to go. 35Gods, sages, fathers, gandharvas, perfected ones, wandering singers, serpents, kinnaras and apsarases, mortals, birds and beings of many kinds,
36all of them honoured by the king with words and gifts and joined palms and devotion, as though he saw in them the lord of sacrifice himself, went away from there, following the one from Vaikuntha. 37And the Bhagavan, the Unfallen, carrying off with him, it seemed, the mind of that royal sage and of his teachers as well, went back to his own place. 38The king bowed to him who is not seen and yet had shown himself, who is unmanifest, god of the gods, and went back to his own city.
