71Take up the teaching of yoga and hold to it, with the vow of the sage, your minds gathered; and all of you practise this with respect. 72The revered one, lord of the makers of the world, told this to us long ago, to Bhrgu and the rest of his sons, when he wished to create and we wished to create. 73All of us, urged on by him to the making of people, lords of creatures with our darkness undone by this, set out to bring forth the many kinds of people. 74A man who is joined and attentive and mutters this always, given wholly to Vasudeva, comes before long to what is best. 75Of all good things here, knowledge is the highest good; the boat of knowledge carries a man easily over that sea of misery which has no far shore.
76One who takes up with trust this praise of the Bhagavan that I have sung worships Hari, hard as Hari is to worship.
