Having given this knowledge to the devoted man who had come for shelter, Narada went with Angiras to the home of the self-born, lord. And Citraketu held that knowledge as Narada had spoken it for seven days, taking nothing but water, well gathered in. Then at the end of seven nights, by the knowledge he was holding, he came into the lordship of the vidyadharas, king, and nothing could check it. Then in a few days, his mind's going kindled by that knowledge, he came near the feet of Sesa, the god of gods. He saw the master, white as a lotus stalk, dressed in dark blue, his crown and armlets and girdle and bracelets flashing, his face clear and his eyes red, ringed round by circles of the lords of perfection.
