Whose is wealth?· Verses 9–13

He by whom the world is made aware, and whom the world does not make aware; he who is awake while this one lies asleep: this one does not know him, and he knows. This whole world, whatever moves in what moves, is for the self to live in. Take your enjoyment by what has been given up. Do not be greedy: whose is wealth? He sees, and no one sees him seeing; his eye never fails. Run to that god, the resting place of beings, the fair-winged one. He has no beginning, no end and no middle, no own and no other, no inside and no outside. These belong to the world, which is from him and which is he; and that is the great truth.

His body is the world; called upon by many, the Lord, true, shining by himself, unborn, ancient, he takes up the making of this world and the rest by his own unborn power; and throwing that off by knowledge he sits, striving at nothing.
