To the ancient Person who had spoken so, that man of great weight, honoured by all good people, his palms joined and his eyes troubled with rising tears, spoke in a broken voice, eager with devotion. Only a beginning was made toward bowing to you, and already you were bent on doing what those devoted to you and gone to you for refuge needed. For a grace of yours that the guardians of the worlds and the undying ones never got before has been laid on a demon, and a low one. Saying this and bowing to Hari, and then to Brahma with Bhava beside him, Bali, released and glad, went into Sutala with the demons. So the Bhagavan brought heaven back for Indra, and having filled out Aditi's wish, he ruled the whole world.
