Sudhanus' son was Suhotra, then Cyavana, then Krti; his son was Vasu Uparicara, and from him came Brhadratha and the rest, and Kusamba, Matsya, Pratyagra, Cedipa and the others who ruled Cedi. From Brhadratha came Kusagra, and his son was Rsabha, and from him was born Satyahita; his child was Puspavan, and Puspavan's son Jahu. And from Brhadratha, on another wife, there came two halves, which the mother threw outside; and Jara, playing, joined them together saying live, live, and so the son became Jarasandha. From him came Sahadeva, then Somapi, whose son was Srutasravas. Pariksit had no offspring. Jahnu's son was one named Suratha.

From him Viduratha, and from him came Sarvabhauma; his son was Jayasena, then Radhika, and from him Ayuta. From him Akrodhana, and from him Devatithi, and his son Rksa. His son was Dilipa, and Pratipa was Dilipa's son.
