Verse 55

⁵³Pravara, Sruta and the chief ones, as Dharma himself begot the Vasus. And on Devaki, Vasudeva begot eight sons: ⁵⁴Kirtiman, Susena, Bhadrasena, Rju, Sammardana, Bhadra, and Sankarsana, the lord of serpents: these he begot, he whose mind was wide. ⁵⁵And the eighth of those two was Hari himself, they say. And Subhadra, greatly favoured, was your grandmother, king.
