17While Rama and Krsna were grazing the animals with the cowherds in that forest, the demon Pralamba came in the shape of a cowherd, wanting to carry them off. 18Though he knew him — the Bhagavan of the Dasarhas, from whom nothing is hidden — he took his friendship kindly, while thinking how he would kill him. 19There Krsna, who knows how a game is made, called the cowherds and said: Cowherds, we will play, dividing into pairs as each one suits. 20The cowherds made Rama and Janardana the two leaders. Some were on Krsna's side and the others were on Rama's. 21They went through games of many kinds where there is a carrier and one carried, in which the winners get up and ride and the beaten carry them.
