Along with the people of Vraja he made a bow to that one, himself to himself. Ah, look: this hill has taken a shape and shown us its favour! He takes any form he wants, and he kills the people of the forest who make light of him; so we bow to him, for the safety of ourselves and of our cows. So the cowherds, set on by Vasudeva, carried out the sacrifice to the hill and the cows and the twice-born as it should be done, and went back to Vraja with Krsna.
