While he was praising him, Krsna the Bhagavan, having shown his form there in the water, drew it back into himself again, the way an actor takes back a part he has played. And he, seeing it gone, came up quickly out of the water, did everything that had to be done, and came back to the chariot full of wonder. The lord of the senses asked him: Is it that you have seen something wonderful, on the earth, in the sky, or in the water? That is how we read you. However many wonders there are here, on the earth or in the sky or in the water, they are in you, whose self is everything. What have I not seen, then, when I am looking at you?

In whom all the wonders are, on earth or in the sky or in the water: while I am looking at you, Brahman, what wonder is there here that I could have seen? Having said this, Gandini's son drove the chariot on, and brought Rama and Krsna to Mathura as the day was going out.
