⁵⁴He stayed some months, driving out the cowherd women's grief, singing the story of Krsna's play, and he made Gokula glad. ⁵⁵However many days Uddhava stayed in Nanda's Vraja, they were like a single moment to the people of Vraja, because of the talk of Krsna. ⁵⁶Looking at the rivers, the woods, the hollows of the hill and the flowering trees, Hari's servant took his pleasure in bringing Krsna back to the minds of the people of Vraja. ⁵⁷Seeing how the cowherd women were undone in themselves, being entered by Krsna, in this and in other ways, Uddhava was greatly pleased, and bowing to them he sang this:
