Verse 37

³⁷Here and there the townspeople came up with auspicious things in their hands, the heads of the guilds among them, their fault destroyed, and did honour to Krsna. ³⁸Met with affection by the people of the inner apartments, their eyes wide open and their movements hurried, Mukunda entered the king's palace. ³⁹Prtha, seeing her brother's son Krsna, lord of the three worlds, rose gladly from her couch and took him in her arms, her son's wife beside her. ⁴⁰The king brought Govinda, lord of the lords of the gods, into the house, and in his regard for him he could not think what to do next in the honouring, so struck was he with delight.

⁴¹Krsna made his greeting to his father's sister and to the wives of his elders, king, and was greeted himself by Draupadi and by his own sister.
