14So, Uddhava, let go the command and the command that answers it, the going out and the turning back, what is still to be heard and what you have heard already; 15and come for refuge to me alone, the self of all embodied beings, with your whole being; and through me you will have nothing anywhere to fear. 16Lord of the lords of yoga, even while I listen to your words the doubt sitting in me does not go away, and my mind is wandering with it.
