Bhagavan said: Singing in this way, that god of gods among kings then left the world of Urvasi behind, and knowing the self within the self, and knowing me, came to rest, his delusion shaken off by knowledge. So let a man of understanding throw off bad company and hold to the good. The good cut through his mind's attachment with what they say. The good look for nothing, their minds are on me, they are quiet and they see all alike; they are without mine and without I, beyond the pairs, and they take nothing to keep. In them, greatly favoured one, in those who are greatly favoured, the accounts of me are always arising; and for the men who take pleasure in them they wash what is ill away.

Those who hear them and sing them, who honour them and take joy in them, who are set on me and who trust, find devotion in me.
