Let him bathe me with waters scented with sandal, usira, camphor, saffron and aloe, with mantras, every day, if he has the means for it. With the Svarnagharma passage, with the lore of the great Person, with the Person hymn as well, and with the Saman chants that begin with the Rajana. Let one who is given to me adorn me with cloth and sacred thread, ornaments, leaves, garlands, scents and pastes, lovingly and as befits me. Let the worshipper give me, with trust, water for the feet and water for sipping, scent, flowers, whole grains, incense, lamps and offerings. Molasses, rice boiled in milk, clarified butter, wafers, cakes and sweet balls, wheat cakes, curd and broths: let him make an offering of food when he can.

Oiling and rubbing, the mirror, the cleaning of the teeth, the bathing, food, singing and dancing and the rest may be on the festival days, or else every day.
