Singing along, praising, dancing, acting out my deeds, having my accounts told and hearing them, let him keep festival for a while. Having praised me with praises high and low, with hymns from the old tellings and in common speech as well, let him say, Be pleased, Bhagavan, and bow like a fallen staff. Setting his head at my feet, and his two arms one against the other, let him say: Lord, guard me who have come to you, afraid of the sea whose crocodile is death. So saying, and setting on his head with reverence what is left over from what I have given, let him send me away, if there is a sending away: light back again into light.

Whenever and wherever there is trust, in an image or in the rest, let him worship me there; for I, the self of all, stand in all beings and in the self. So a man who worships by the paths of the yoga of rites, of the Veda and of the Tantra, gets from me, from both of them, the attainment he has wanted.
