Then Sisunaga will come, and Kakavarna his son; Ksemadharma is his son, and Ksetrajna is born of Ksemadharma. Vidhisara is his son, and from him Ajatasatru will come to be. Darbhaka will be his son, and Ajaya is remembered as Darbhaka's. Nandivardhana comes of Ajaya, and Mahanandi his son after him. These ten are the Sisunagas, and for three hundred and sixty years these kings will hold the earth in the Kali age, best of the Kurus. Mahanandi's son, king, born of a sudra woman, strong, a certain Nanda, master of Mahapadma, will make an end of the kshatriyas. After him the kings will be little better than sudras, and without dharma.

Under one umbrella, his order never crossed, Mahapadma will rule the earth, a second Bhargava. And he will have eight sons, Sumalya at their head, who as kings will hold this earth for a hundred years. A certain brahmin will root out the nine Nandas, who will have submitted to him. When they are gone the Mauryas will hold the world in the Kali age.
