¹³That same brahmin will anoint Candragupta to the kingship. His son is Varisara, and after him Asokavardhana. ¹⁴Suyasa will be his, and Sangata is Suyasa's son. Then Salisuka, and from him Somasarma will come to be. ¹⁵Satadhanva after him, and then Brhadratha. These ten are the Maurya kings, and for a hundred and thirty-seven years they will hold the earth in the Kali age, you who carry on the Kuru line.
