In plain words
Āṇṭāḷ, to Kāma: Manmatha, I have set out green paddy in the ear and sugarcane, and prepared jaggery, raw rice and beaten rice, and with the mantras of those learned in love, chanted in resonant voices, I worship you. Grant that Trivikrama, who once measured the worlds, may touch my glowing belly and my soft full breasts with his lovely hands, and so give me the highest fame on earth.
