In plain words

The poet, to the people of the world: Meditate on the Lord who measured the world, dug it up [as the boar], swallowed it [at the deluge] and spat it out, and, besides those deeds, on the ways he dwells in his devotees' hearts; then at dawn adorn with garlands the lotus feet of the Lord who took the form of a lion [Narasiṃha], worship him with joined hands, and so be uplifted.
