In plain words

Make your mind the Mecca, make your body the qibla. The one who speaks inside you is the highest Guru. Call it out, mullā, the bāṅg and the nivāj. There is one mosque, and it has ten doors. *(refrain)* Say *misimili* over your anger, your doubt, your rancour. Eat up the five, and come to contentment. Hindu and Turk have one Master between them. What can the mullā do now, what can the shaikh do? Says Kabīr, I have gone mad. Quietly, quietly, the little mind has settled into sahaj. *misimili*, the *bismillāh* said over an animal at the killing: what is named that way is lawful.
