In plain words
The poet, of the fruit of this decad: The young herdswomen, longing for the consort of the Lady Śrī of the inner-petalled flower, quarrelled with him in love in the middle watch of the night and, lost in him, spoke these words. Kulacēkaraṉ, lord of the city of Kolli, king of Kūṭal, fitted them to sweet music and sang them. For those who can recite these ten, this sweet Tamil garland, there is no sorrow at all [to keep them from the Lord].
