In plain words
Rāṇājī, to me this bad name is sweet. In the narrow lanes the sādhus met me; how am I to turn back now? I, for my part, talk with Rāmjī, and the malicious have seen it. Call me bad, sir; let anyone call me good; I will hear no one's go-between. Servant Mīrā says: the slanderer burns and burns and becomes a brazier.
