In plain words
Rāṇājī, I am dyed in the dark one's colour. Dressed and adorned, the ankle bells bound to my feet, I threw off the shame before people and danced. Crooked thinking went from me; I took the company of sādhus; in a devotee's form I came true. Singing and singing Hari's virtues night and day, I came away alive from the serpent of death. Without him the whole world tastes brackish, and every other matter is unripe. With Śrī Giridharlāl, Mīrā has put bhakti to the test and found it full of rasa.
