In plain words
When the cheat made off with the heart and the love in it, then no rule of any kind was left. Nothing to eat now, nothing to drink; the gold has gone cold. Drunk, she sways about and will not speak with her mouth: love has fastened on Ghanaśyām. This is the way of the burning: a faqīr's life, and out of her senses, and the world of no more use. Thrones and thousands, the country and its market streets: she let them go, wealth and household with them. Mīrābāī says: on this ocean of being they made me drunk, and drunk is my name through the world.
