In plain words

Women whose mouths have lips like silk-cotton petals may love or may scorn. Their embraces I will not look upon even from the corner of my eye, I who turned to love when I saw the drama the Lord who owns me dances, standing in the Hall set with gold of shining light.

Line by line

Those of mouths with silk-cotton-petal lips, who desire, who scorn: their union, even with a side-glance, I will not look at; shining light in the Hall joined with gold, the Lord who owns me stands and dances the drama, having seen, I who became love.
