In plain words

The ash, the five holy letters and the kaṇṭi that the Lord of Caṇpai wears are the things by which one grows clear, day after day. For those of illusory pride who do not understand this, is there any medicine that can straighten all the stoop they have taken from entering, for long days, the hut of birth of which they speak?

Line by line

The hut of birth they speak of, entered for long days, its stoop entire so that it may change, is there a medicine? The Lord of Caṇpai wears the ash, the five holy letters, and the kaṇṭi, day after day are the things by which one grows clear; for those of illusory pride who do not understand this, indeed.
