In plain words

O Ēkampaṉ, O you who rule me! O Lord who, in pity for the unblinking gods, gives them delights through all their many days! O you whose body is like a great mountain of gold, where the swelling five-mouthed serpent shines as a golden necklace and the good ash is worn! So I will call you, with love.

Line by line

O Ēkampaṉ, O you who rule me, pitying the unblinking ones, O Lord who gives enjoyments on all the many days; the swelling five-mouthed serpent shining as a golden necklace, wearing the good ash, O you whose body is like a great golden mountain: so I will say, lovingly.
