In plain words

I have learned your ever-growing glory and rejoiced, and my thought has grown sweet. O you who delighted in Kanchi's Ēkampam as your own hold, and delighted in the bull as well! You come on the handsome bull, delighting in the coil of a girdle of hooded serpent. What I have gained and rejoiced in, to worship always, is your twin feet.

Line by line

I have gained and rejoiced, to do worship always; your growing glory I have learned and rejoiced, my thought becoming sweet; of Kanchi Ēkampam the hold delighting in, and the bull also delighting in, O you; of the hooded serpent the girdle's winding delighting in, you who come on the handsome bull: your twin feet indeed.
