In plain words
O you who are like gold, if, having come, I may win marriage, then on the Kailāsa of abiding Ēkampar, with its surging waterfalls, I will bring down honey from the mountain heights and give it, and pluck flowers, and drive off the parrots that graze the cool millet, and hold back the spotted elephants, huge as hills, that lay waste whatever they meet. So I will roam this slope.
Line by line
If, coming, I gain marriage, O you who are like gold, of abiding Ēkampar on Kailāsa of the surging waterfalls, honey from the mountain heights bringing down, and giving it, and plucking flowers, and driving off parrots that graze the cool millet, and subduing the spotted mountain-like elephants that destroy, on this slope I will roam.
