In plain words

It seems these are the ones who would fix a day for a wedding and heighten joy with the wedding, to part two whose dear life is one. Those who stood here in the honeyed season of blossoming wanting flowers, let them be: here in this field all around, on the Kailāsa of abiding Kampar, the waterfall scatters gems in heaps.

Line by line

It seems these are the ones who fix a day for the wedding; with the wedding, joy they heighten; the two whose dear life is one, to part; in the honey-mouthed season of blossoming, wanting flowers, those who stood, let them be; abiding Kampar's Kailāsa whose waterfall scatters gems in heaps, in this field all around.
