In plain words

The Himalaya with its broad waterfalls bright as gems; Kolli in the west; Cirāmalai, roaring with waterfalls over dense rock; the sweet slopes of the Vindhya, where by lovely falls they drive off the parrots that seize the hill rice: these are the mountains of Ēkampar, who ends the hard viṉai of those who bow to him.

Line by line

The Himalaya, with broad gem-bright waterfalls; western Kolli; of rock dense, roaring with waterfalls, Cirāmalai; the hill rice near lovely waterfalls, where they drive off the parrots that seize it, the sweet slopes of Vindhya: of those who bow, the hard viṉai he ends, Ēkampar's mountains indeed.
