Poem 66

In plain words

Holy Ēkampar of the flower feet and hanging matted hair gives us sweet grace in plenty, so that we may live. Those who do not worship him go to live in that pebbled wasteland. Her tender feet cannot bear it. If our flower-haired innocent girl is made to walk there, the burden of her breasts will break her waist.

Line by line

So that we may live, he who greatly gives us sweet grace, the one of the flower feet, holy Ēkampar of hanging matted hair: those who do not worship him go to live in that pebbled wasteland; her tender feet cannot bear it; flower-haired, our innocent one, her waist the burden of her breasts will break, if she is made to walk.
