In plain words

O golden girl! Our Lady of unfailing grace came from the brow eye of Ēkampar, who wears a serpent as his ornament: such a hill is hers, think of it. That grove there, full of golden kaṭukkai and its leaves, hard to look upon, belongs to her who comes with the trident, whom none may pass. For us there is no more faltering.

Line by line

Born from the brow eye of Ēkampar, who wears a serpent as ornament, our Lady of unfailing grace's is such a hill, think of it; of her who comes with the trident, whom none can pass; hard to look at, golden kaṭukkai with leaves, that grove there, O golden one; for us there is no faltering.
