In plain words

O you who possess the great city of Oṟṟi, which shines as the face of the girdle of the clashing sea that the lady of the broad earth wears by her nature! Who is it that has grasped the nature of your form as one? The crowding splendour of lightning is your matted hair. The abiding cosmos is the shape of your head. Fire and the sun, together with the cool moon, these three kinds of light are the eyes set in your brow. The host of stars is your necklace of cool light. The sky, which the gods and others take and dwell in as a place apart, is your beautiful body. The eight directions are your strong shoulders, and the vast ocean is your garment. The circle of the earth is your adorned hip. The serpent with the jewelled crown is the going of your two feet. The wind that runs without ceasing is your breath. All unfailing sound is your speech. The flawless sum of knowledge spread through the abiding lives, the gods first among them, is your awareness. To bring forth, in the crowded world, nature and abiding, shrinking and spreading, is your work. Making and unmaking and the effort in them are the closing and opening of your eyes. That is your nature. With these and others, joined as one with the form that has this nature, your pure form became two kinds. With the three qualities, the four kinds of birth, the five senses of that order and the six kinds of creed, you became the seven worlds. With the eight forms, aeon after aeon, you rose beyond number, exceeding every kind of measure. When you have become all such things, who has grasped your form as one?

which the lady of the broad earth wears by her nature, of the clashing sea, the girdle, shining as its face, O you who possess the great city of Oṟṟi; of form the nature as one, who has grasped it indeed? The crowding splendour of lightning is your matted hair indeed; the abiding cosmos is the shape of your head indeed; Fire, the sun, together with the cool moon, the three kinds of light also are the eyes set in your brow; the cool-shining necklace is the host of stars indeed; the gods first, as a place apart take and dwell in, the sky indeed, is your beautiful body; the eight directions your strong shoulders, the vast ocean your garment indeed; your adorned hip is the circle of the earth indeed; the serpent with the jewelled crown is the going of your two feet indeed; the wind that runs without ceasing is your breath indeed; all unfailing sound is your speech; spread through the abiding lives, the gods first, the flawless sum of knowledge is your awareness indeed; in the crowded world, nature and abiding, shrinking and spreading, to make them appear, is your work indeed; making and unmaking and the effort in it are your closing and opening of the eyes; your nature indeed. With these and others first, with the form that has this nature joined, the pure form becoming two kinds, of the three kinds of quality, the four kinds of birth, of that order the five senses, with the six kinds of creed becoming the seven worlds, with the eight forms aeon after aeon, rising beyond number, in every kind of measure exceeding and standing, when you have become all such things too.
