In plain words
Yaśōdā calls to the moon: "From his lovely mouth, wet with nectar-sweet spittle, in tender words, a babble not yet clear and not yet ripe, he is calling you. If you go on your way while Śrīdhara [who holds Śrī], friend to all, calls and calls, radiant great moon, are your ears not ears without holes?"
