In plain words
A mother says: Will her father-in-law Nandagōpāla hug my daughter, keep her on his lap and tell her, Sit up straight; and, looking one by one at her lovely carp-like eyes, her red lips, her full breasts, her waist and her lush, bamboo-like arms, will he say, The mother who bore this girl will not live on now, parted from her? Or will he stay unmoved, I wonder?
